Religious Education teaching is a balance between the study of the beliefs and practices of the Christian faith and other religions. This includes looking at buildings and festivals and exploring questions of meaning, purpose and value. Though not a church school, we maintain links with local Churches. Assemblies are held each day and usually follow themes that include moral issues and stories from both Christian and other religions.
Parents who wish to withdraw their child from all or part of the Collective Worship or RE lessons should notify the Headteacher.
Please see the current Religious Education topics that the children are studying in school this term.
